Product Introduction:
The Bench CNC Cutting and Beveling Machine incorporates a PLC control system for fully digitalized processing parameters. Through an HMI touchscreen interface, all machining programs can be preset and stored. Equipped with a material rack feeding system, it effectively controls pipe cutting lengths and enables cutting and beveling at any pipe position, including pipe ends.Utilizing a dual-side multi-claw self-centering clamping mechanism and a rotating tool feed method, it eliminates safety risks associated with pipe rotation during machining. This solution efficiently addresses complex pipe beveling challenges, offering high precision, safety, efficiency, energy conservation, environmental friendliness, and operational simplicity.
